Phase 1:
Concept & Creative Direction
We assess your venue, style aspirations, and spatial possibilities to establish a clear visual direction, mood boards, and signature colour palettes.
3-6 months
Phase 2:
Spatial Layouts & Technical Planning
We develop precise architectural floor plans, map out custom build concepts, and outline the precise decor, floral, and graphic requirements.
2-4 months
Phase 3:
Production & Vendor Curation
We manage all visual vendors, oversee custom fabrication with our build team, direct floral orders, and curate fine rentals and stationery.

Phase 4:
On-Site Art Direction & Execution
On the event day, our team leads the setup on-site, managing spatial arrangement, floral styling, and exact detail placement to bring the design concept to life.
