Paper Diamonds is a luxury event design studio specialising in high-end weddings, brand experiences, intimate celebrations, and editorial projects in Bali and beyond. We are designers at heart, known for creating thoughtful, visually striking environments that are deeply intentional and impeccably executed.

Our expertise lies in translating a vision into a fully realised experience, from concept development and creative direction through to custom design, production, and on-site execution. We work closely with leading planners, venues, and top-tier vendors to ensure every element, from florals and furniture to tableware, stationery, catering presentation, and spatial flow, is cohesive and refined.

Our scope includes concept creation, floral design, furniture and tableware curation, art direction for stationery, custom design and build, and full setup and breakdown. We collaborate seamlessly with planners, florists (when outsourced), venue managers, and catering teams to ensure every detail, including plating and drinks presentation, aligns with the overall design intent.

To support our events, we operate two dedicated creative divisions:

The Host Table, our rentals and production house for custom builds and event infrastructure, and
Anecdote Gifts, our bespoke keepsakes and branded merchandise studio.

WEDDINGS

We work alongside your chosen wedding planner to design and deliver a cohesive visual narrative for your celebration. Our role is to translate your story into a considered design concept, overseeing florals, styling, custom elements, and spatial design while collaborating closely with planners, venues, and catering teams to ensure seamless execution.

INTIMATE CELEBRATIONS

Intimate celebrations range from birthdays, baby showers and anniversaries to meaningful private gatherings and larger-scale events. Each occasion is approached with the same level of design rigour, creating beautifully styled environments that feel personal, refined, and effortless, regardless of scale.

BRAND ACTIVATIONS

For brand activations, we lock in on your brand identity and objectives. From immersive installations to product launches and experiential moments, we design environments that feel intentional, elevated, and aligned with your brand language, ensuring strong visual impact and consistency across all touchpoints.

EDITORIALS

We design and style editorial projects for fashion brands, hotels, resorts, and private villas. Working closely with marketing and creative teams, we create visually compelling concepts that support brand storytelling, campaigns, and property marketing, delivering imagery that is polished, purposeful, and publishable.

Source & Procure

We source and commission specialised items both locally and internationally, including custom sculptures, statues, and large-scale design elements. Working closely with skilled artisans and manufacturers, we manage procurement and logistics to ensure each piece is crafted to specification and seamlessly integrated into the overall concept.

Art Direct

We provide art direction for all printed collateral, leading graphic designers to ensure visual consistency across every touchpoint. This includes, in order: concept development, invitations and stationery suites, welcome signage and boards, menus and place cards, and bespoke printed details integrated throughout the event experience.

Deliver technical files

We deliver comprehensive design packages, including all layouts, renders, and technical design guides required by vendors and production teams. In addition, we securely store and manage all physical items in our warehouse, ensuring every element is protected, organised, and event-ready until installation day.

Set up & bump out

Final installation and bump-out are executed by our seasoned event team, ensuring every element is placed with precision, managed efficiently on site, and carefully dismantled and removed, leaving the venue exactly as intended.
